John spent 28 years in primary headship. he has led five schools including leading a tiny village school, a four-form entry C of E junior school, and a primary and nursery school in a challenging area, which he led out of special measures. He has extensive inspection experience.
His consultation work includes providing primary advice to a small academy chain and working with several other schools and federations. He is a writer and trainer and is senior tutor for an EBITT provider
Andy spent 17 years in primary headship, having led four schools, one as executive headteacher. He has extensive experience of school improvement having led three of his schools out of Ofsted category. He has significant experience of Anglican school leadership and is now a SIAMS inspector.
Drawing on his experience as a teacher, deputy head and headteacher, Andy is now providing consultancy and support to a range of clients, specialising in leadership, management and school development, coaching and counselling, church school distinctiveness.
Mike has extensive experience of headship in large junior schools. He is a consultant headteacher and expert in financial management. He is an experienced school improvement partner.

John has a background of secondary senior leadership. He is a specialist in PSHE and SMSC. He specialises in supporting schools in staff wellbeing and engagement.
John's company, PSHE Solutions, provides training & consultancy in PSHE, Citizenship and SMSC but also in all aspects of school improvement, supporting individuals, organisations and Local Authorities.
Alan works on communication and on leadership development in turbulent and demanding environments. He is experienced in helping organisations to deliver deep change.
For over two decades Alan has worked on change, performance and leadership development with individuals and teams – as well as helping bring brands alive by aligning values, systems, processes and behaviours.
Liz is an expert in data systems and management. She trains schools in the effective use of assessment information.
Liz managed school data for a large local authority. She now helps schools to set up and train staff in data systems and understand their use.
Phil has an extensive background in SEN. He has led departments and was acting Head at a large special school over a period of four years.He later worked with Special Schools and Colleges in Northumberland and as a VSM for OCR for Key Skills.
He currently provides SEN training for an ITT provider, working with School Direct Trainees and supports schools and groups through Adept Education.

Vicki is a practising Educational Psychologist with wide local authority and private experience. She has a good understanding of the needs of schools, their pupils and their families.

Rebecca is a writer, editor and proofreader, specialising in education. She works online or for print and delivers accurate, professional communications, publications and web pages.
Rebecca's recent work included reviewing and improving the websites of each school in the Future Trust academy chain
